  • Client purchases the domain name (so it’s in their name).
  1. CMG purchases (12) months of website hosting.
  2. CMG provides (10) pages of “original” human-produced website text.
  3. Georgia MLS listings (based on the client’s access)

  1. Webmaster duties.
     1. Update site information (add images, create forms, alter text, etc.).
     2. Technical aspects (domain email setup/forwarding, hosting, correlate with 3^rd parties, plugins, modules, themes, etc.).
  • Phone and/or email contact Monday-Friday (Great Value).

     1. Meta-tag optimization (title & description) (up to 10 pages).

  3. (10) Hand-submitted citations to various niche and/or business directories such as Manta & Yellow Pages.
  4. Site placement in Google Analytics & Search Console (data & metrics will be utilized in the monthly SEO report).
